Dr. Nathan M. Radcliffe is a board-certified ophthalmologist at New York Ophthalmology in South Bronx, Washington Heights and Jamaica. He is a cataract and glaucoma specialist who values customizing his patients’ care with tailored medical, laser, and surgical treatments. As a fellow New Yorker, Dr. Radcliffe is committed to helping patients enjoy the beauty of the city with sharp, healthy vision.

Dr. Radcliffe is recognized as a leader in microincisional glaucoma surgery (MIGS) and is an innovator and instructor in the field. He was the first surgeon in New York to offer patients several advanced technologies, including the CyPass Supraciliary Microstent, the Kahook Dual Blade Goniotomy, Visco 360 and Trab 360, the G6 micropulse laser, and Allergan’s Xen subconjunctival implant. His passion for innovation goes hand in hand with his dedication to making modern, effective care accessible for every patient.

Dr. Radcliffe graduated from Temple University School of Medicine before serving as the Chief Resident during his ophthalmology residency at New York University. He continued his education as the Chief Glaucoma Fellow at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary. Dr. Radcliffe went on to serve as the Section Director of Glaucoma Services at NYU Hospital, Bellevue Hospital, and the Weill Cornell Medical Center.

Dr. Radcliffe has published over 40 peer-reviewed publications in glaucoma research and has given hundreds of lectures to thousands of ophthalmologists across the United States and internationally. His commitment to teaching has earned him recognition, including the NYU Residents Teaching Award..
